1.                QUOTES/TARIFFS:

1.1           Rates quoted are NETT and are subject to any fuel or tax increases which occur until a deposit is received.

1.2           A 25% deposit of the total amount quoted is required upon confirming the booking.

1.3           Balance of full amount is required 14 days prior to commencent of services

 

2.                AVAILABILITY & RESERVATIONS

2.1           All quotations are made subject to a vehicle of the type and specifications(capacity mentioned herein) being available on the date
required at the time of acceptance. It is therefore in the interest of the Hirer/client to confirm the acceptance with the least possible delay

2.2           Final confirmation of services will only be processed and confirmed by MafafaTransport Service once signed acceptance of quotation, coach charter terms & conditions of hirer is received from the client


3.                COACH CHARTER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

3.1          Strictly no smoking or alcohol permitted on board the coaches

 

3.2           No additional kilometres will be operated other than those specified in the official itinerary or unless Mafafa Transport Services
 management has given proper prior authorisation in writing to the driver.

 

3.3           Passengers are not to leave any personal belongings in the coach as Mafafa Transport will not accept liability for any loss of
 personal belongings of ant nature.

 

3.4           No unauthorised passengers are allowed to be on the coach during the tour.

 

3.5           Keep the coach clean at all times in using the litter bags provided.

 

3.6           No passenger/s is allowed to board or disembark the coach whilst it is in motion and movement while in motion should be limited to emergencies only.

 

4.                RESPONSIBILITY:

All our suppliers CARRY comprehensive passenger liability insurance to cover any injuries received whilst on their vehicles.

 

5.                DRIVERS:

All drivers are fully trained and experienced. Their services are included in all quotations

Driver’s meal (B,L&D per day) and accommodation in a single room are EXCLUDED and are for the client to arrange and pay for whilst on tour.

Rest intervals for drivers are essential towards passenger safety and clients are requested to provide single accommodation facilities accordingly

 

6.                MAINTENANCE:

All coaches are fully serviced and well maintained

 

7.                TOLL AND FARE DUTIES

The quotation does include the payments for toll fee charges but excludes any vehicle entrance fees.

 

8.                CANCELLATION POLICY:      

8.1           25% of full tour price if cancelled less than 21 days prior to the departure date

8.2           50% of full tour price if cancelled less than 14 days prior to the departure date

8.3           100% of full tour price if cancelled less than 10 days prior to the departure date
